 Putting training at your disposal

As a complement to the Training plan, worked out every year, we present by e-mail a range of training courses that could interest the majority of you, whether negotiating in Maghreb countries, First Aid, a 3D software package or even evaluation interviews… You just need to have your request validated by your manager to be enrolled. Everyone appreciates this flexibility.
Our English training courses now offer the TOEIC exam, diploma recognised throughout the world.
Thanks to our collecting body, we accept long training courses that require considerable personal investment. Congratulations to Rabah Oughanem who obtained his post-graduate diploma in international business.

Furthering colleague commitment

Every six months, a social climate survey is carried out, in complete confidentiality, in order to build progress mainlines. Everyone is impatient to see the results and they are always highly commented on.
Yearly performance interviews are part of the life of employees and their manager. For an hour, you will talk about yourself, your expectations and what you would like to be able to improve your performance.
