1. How did hear about Litwin?
Through a friend who currently works at Litwin and who spoke positively about this company, currently in a dynamic of hiring. So I sent off a spontaneous application as a projector for the Engineering and design department.
2. Why did you accept this position at Litwin?
My hiring was presented to me more as an activity development, than a need due to extra work here and there. It also came within a logic of passing on knowledge and in the medium term through a possibility of taking on technical responsibility and career advancement. More generally speaking it also represents a number of personal and social improvements (hours, journey, work council…)
3. What do you appreciate the most at Litwin?
Although I'm no longer strictly speaking a beginner, I appreciate being able to count on the experience feedback of other colleagues, and to feel supported by a team. I also appreciate the training courses which integrate other specialities to the divisions. They enable you to challenge yourself and above all understand the work of other contributors in order to integrate their constraints from the first design stages.
4. How did your job interview go?
I sent a covering letter and a CV by e-mail and I received a reply 3 days later. My three interviews took place in a constructive climate of trust that worked both ways. That enabled us to touch on my strong points and my areas for improvement, so there was no disappointment after being hired. We also made a list of the training I might need. |
