1. How did you end up in Litwin?

I replied to an ad, published on the Litwin web site, which offered a beginners position in cost control.
Very quickly Litwin contacted me to set up a meeting, which enabled me to meet both the department manager, his manager and Human Resources. As soon as I arrived, my department head introduced me to my new work colleagues.
One of them became my referent in a way. He welcomed me and answered all my questions concerning everyday issues and the professional tasks for my new function.

2. Why did you accept to join Litwin?

At Litwin I noticed: a growth dynamics (increase in vacancies), an open relationship with companies abroad and furthermore this profession corresponds to my qualifications and enables me to develop my knowledge of the post.

3. What do you appreciate the most at Litwin?

The clear organisation of the company's professions and posts and the ethical and generational mix of this.
