In December 1973 Litwin signed an important contract with TECHMASHIMPORT in CIS ( 67 million €) for the petrochemicals complex in SCHEVTCHENKO (Kazakhstan). At the time, it was the biggest contract ever signed by a French company in the CIS, for the petrochemicals sector.
It was a great period of development for Litwin. The change in shareholder gave the opportunity of Litwin France to become independent from its Headquarter. At that time, the company became a specialist in polystyrenes and polymers. |
