Board Change
Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 31 March 2009 - Bateman Litwin N.V. (AIM: BNLN) today announces that Roy Franklin, is to step down from his position as Chairman and to leave the Board of Directors as of 30 June 2009, in order to concentrate on his increasing business commitments elsewhere.
An announcement regarding the appointment of a replacement independent director and non-executive chairman will follow in due course.
