Bateman Litwin B.V., a global provider of engineering, contracting and project management services to the Oil & Gas, Power and Chemical industries, announces its intention to float on AIM.

Bateman Litwin B.V. (Bateman Litwin or the Company), an international provider of engineering, contracting and project management services for clients in the Oil & Gas, Power and Chemical industries today announces its intention to seek admission to trading on the AIM market operated by the London Stock Exchange.
Bateman Litwin operates through two divisions, Energy and Advanced Technologies. The Energy Division serves the oil, gas and power sectors and includes environmental applications within these sectors. The Advanced Technologies Division provides proprietary phosphate and solvent extraction technologies and related process and other engineering and project services to clients in the chemicals, metals, mining and oil sectors.
Bateman Litwin is headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and has operating centres in France, Kazakhstan, Israel, Italy, Romania, Switzerland and the US, with further offices worldwide. The Group employs over 900 people worldwide, over 700 of whom are skilled technical staff.
The Group operates internationally through two industry-recognised brands, “Bateman”, with a focus on markets in the CIS and Eastern Europe, and “Litwin”, which targets markets in the Middle East, North Africa and Western Europe. Bateman Litwin has extensive experience having successfully executed hundreds of contracts in over 40 different countries. It is also well equipped to operate in remote and emerging markets and its workforce, often locally sourced, has the cultural affinities necessary to address country-specific challenges.
