1. How did you end up at Litwin?
After ten years or so abroad working on various different and highly interesting projects in the field of natural gas, I decided to leave the company I was working for, for a more dynamic structure. I wanted to continue in engineering and I was looking for a company that wasn't too big or too small with a foothold abroad. I had noticed that LITWIN had good experience and enjoyed a good reputation in the field. A lucky combination of circumstances and a discussion with the Litwin management enabled me to join the marketing team
2. How do you see Litwin in 10 years?
It's quite a difficult question. I prefer to say how I would like to see Litwin in 10 years time. I hope above all that Litwin can keep its human, cosy size. That it continues with its multicultural principle and that is establishes itself in a growing number of countries. I'm convinced that this is possible because we have a lot of assets for looking to the future with equanimity.
3. What has Litwin given you?
For me, like for all of us, Litwin provides a certain autonomy of action, the desire to advance and develop. In return, everyday we give it our energy and enthusiasm to take up the competitive challenge set us all.
4. Would you recommend Litwin to your friends?
Of course. Furthermore this is an approach that has been used for a long time. |
